Heading to Cairo, a captivating and bustling capital. Rich in history, it is also called “Oum el Dunya” in Arabic, which means “the mother of the world.”, the cradle of civilization.
You will stay in the “House of Kheops,” a spiritual oasis located in the Giza area in Cairo, at the bottom of Egypt’s largest pyramid and the first wonder of the world.
Amidst dynamic and meditative yoga practices emerges a spiritual and cultural experience, creating a conducive space for deep connection, unveiling the historical and mystical mysteries of the pyramids.
The House of Kheops [Yoga Escape] is made for you if you are :
• Individuals : you can join a group in one of our scheduled yoga escape
• Teachers : you are a yoga professional and want to book the escape to host your yoga retreat
• A private group (minimum 4 people) : we create your own personalised yoga retreat according to your needs.
Our yoga escapes are open to all levels, including beginners, and are mixed (men/women).

The House of Kheops as a Yoga escape is an immersive experience, a fusion of a cultural exploration, yoga and traditions allowing you to discover the pyramids from a historical and mystical perspective, away from the usual paths. It’s also an opportunity to center yourself, immerse in the present moment, and explore a space for reconnection.

Day 1 - Saturday, Arrival in Cairo

- Homemade organic brunch
- Egyptian brunch at the house
- Immersive afternoon in Giza :
– Visit of Giza pyramids with your Egyptologist
– Exclusive visit of the inside of the Great pyramid
– Meeting and strolling in the neighborhood of Nazlet El Samman - Free evening at the House (Soft yoga, meditation, lecture, stargazing..)
- Dinner and night
Day 3 - Monday, retreat day at the House
- Morning dedicated to Yoga practices
- Homemade organic brunch at the house
- Free time
- Dancing feminine class & meditation by calligraphy art ( by Hoda Abbas)
- Candlelight Sound & vibration healing – chakra balancing experience (optional)
Day 4 - Tuesday, immersion in Saqqara
- Morning dedicated to Yoga practices
- Homemade organic brunch
- Egyptian brunch at the house
- Immersive afternoon in Saqqara :
– Visit the Saqqara necropolis with your Egyptologist
– Meet an Egyptian farming family who will take you on horseback to explore their village and way of life. You’ll then be invited to their home to share a traditional meal made with fresh produce from their land and garden. - Night in the House
Day 5 - Wednesday, historic Cairo
- Morning dedicated to Yoga practices
- Homemade organic brunch
- Egyptian brunch at the house
- Immersive afternoon in historical Cairo :
– Visit of Cairo citadel with your egyptologist
– Guided walking tour in historical Cairo
– Stroll and local lunch in the traditional souk of Khan el Khalili
– Traditional Sufi dance performance - Late snacks and night in the house
Day 6 - Thursday, last morning the House, departure

The House of Kheops is a family home situated in the popular neighborhood of Nazlet El Samman, on the outskirts of Cairo.
Due to its unique and almost surreal location in front of the Kheops pyramid, it’s a place brimming with energy, a true haven of peace amidst streets often bustling with merchants and horse-drawn carts.
